Purpose
ALIVE was developed to deliver personalised, evidence-based nutrition strategies to help lifestyle and performance-focused clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The service aimed to combine professional sports nutrition knowledge with adaptive coaching methods to meet each client’s needs effectively.
The Problem
My clients struggled with navigating generic, one-size-fits-all nutrition advice, often leading to poor adherence and limited results. Existing services frequently lack ongoing personalisation, engagement, and evidence-based guidance. There was an opportunity for me to create a dynamic, scalable coaching service that delivers structured, adaptable nutrition strategies while building long-term client trust and engagement.
